France Asia offers the following services:

• Scheme A - Complete recruitment package. (See details below)
• Scheme B - Same as Scheme A, except item 2 (Applicant is pre-selected by employer, for example, a returning contract employee).
• Scheme C - Only item 1 and 5 of Scheme A (Applicant is pre-selected, with ticket and booked by employer. France Asia acts as liaison to Philippine government for and on behalf of the employer.)

For Scheme A, France Asia offers to:

1. Act as the principal’s authorized representative with the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) including all government offices related to the hiring of Filipino workers for overseas employment, with regards to the hiring of Filipino workers and personnel for the principal;
2. Interview, select, test and determine the physical and mental fitness of prospective workers including the verification of their previous job experiences and qualifications;
    
3. Secure and process the necessary papers, contracts, deeds and instruments from the Philippine government agencies of prospective workers including their exit permits, passports and other travel documents;
4. Book the flight of these workers with any airline or enter into a charter contract with any reputable airline for purposes of sending them from the Philippines to the point of destination;
5. Execute, make, seal, draw, deliver, file and sign on behalf of the principal, all employment contracts with the applicants, including all pertinent papers, documents, agreements and other writings of whatever nature, kind, and description as may be required by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) As well as any other government offices in relation top and in connection therewith;
6. Perform any and all other acts as may be necessary to attain the above functions.
