Objectives

· To maintain a registry of Filipino professionals, skilled and semi-skilled workers to meet the increasing demand for trained and competent personnel in local and international job market

· To develop procedures that will ensure deployment of only qualified Filipino professionals and workers for the principals' requirements through an extensive screening, interview and test programs.

· To establish local offices to give provincial Filipino workers access to local and foreign job market without the need to travel to Metro-Manila and tap the vast manpower resources in the provinces.
